Routine Hotel and Ship Inspections: We take opportunities to inspect hotels and ships to give us an idea of how well they are kept and whether we should recommend them to our clients. This enables us to report on changes or refurbishments that are made periodically during scheduled updating.

Education: We continually take courses and training from all of our travel partners and industry associations so that we are always current on the latest product offerings. These insightful programs allow us to brush up and learn about new destinations, ships, onboard services, promotions and many other topics that are important to our clients.

For the most part, our prices are not listed on our web site for a very important reason. We want to be able to assist you in selecting the best possible cruise at the most competitive price. To do that, it is necessary to ascertain what your needs are. Price shouldn't be the sole factor in selecting your cruise itinerary and specialist you choose to work with. Because "one size" doesn't fit all clients, we want to be able to discuss the various options available and recommend the best cruise itinerary to meet your needs.
